Under an EPCC contract Landfeld being a contractor designs the installation, procures the necessary materials and builds the project, either directly or by of the work.

Landfeld scope of work involves supporting the owner by reviewing plans against contract specifications; submitting technical documents in accordance with relevant design codes and standards; reviewing commissioning test procedures; and attending off-site fabrication shop inspections and factory acceptance tests. Landfeld's first EPCM contract jointly is signed on year 2014 with PT PERSADA LANDFELD RESOURCES and construction is scheduled to be executed beginning January 2015.

The 1st phase of construction is scheduled to take approximately 17 months of construction and commissioning.

ST Renewable Energy ( M ) Sdn Bhd has consulted for GE Power & Energy for POME waste to Biogas electricity for the Malaysia and Indonesian palm oil mill sector.

Currently ST Renewable Energy (M) Sdn Bhd have installed a BOD3 ( Pome Polishing Plant) for Wilmar Sabah one of the largest plantation group in ASEAN, Wilmar has a market capitalization of SGD 23 Billion at the SGX. The BOD3 Pome polishing plant is able to meet and comply with the BOD3 discharge limit of Less than 20 ppm and is approved by DOE Sabah.
